The Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is responsible for leading the strategic development and management of a comprehensive risk management framework across Changi Airport Group of companies, covering all airport operations, construction project development, engineering & maintenance, commercial, and corporate functions. This role ensures that risks are proactively identified, assessed, and mitigated to support safe, secure, and resilient airport operations and infrastructure development. The candidate is also expected to be hands-on in leading and championing initiatives that will fortify CAG's risk defense and elevate internal risk culture.
