Key Responsibilities:
On-Ice Performance & Player Development:
- Design and execute high-tempo, progressive practice plans focused on skill acquisition, tactical awareness, and positional play.
- Implement modern systems (forecheck, power play, penalty kill) aligned with the program’s competitive goals.
- Utilize video analysis to provide constructive feedback to both the team and individual players.
Program Administration & Promotion:
- Participate in community events, media requests, and promotional activities to elevate the program’s profile
- Team Transportation: Obtain and maintain a valid Class C Commercial Driver’s License (or provincial equivalent) to safely help operate team buses/vehicles.
