Recruit UK are working with a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Financial Planning Academy to join their financial planning team.

This fast growing but well-established academy are looking for someone experience to head up the team, where you will manage passionate individuals looking to become Financial Advisers. This role is perfect for someone who’s already working within training role and has a drive and joy in helping others.

This role is based in Northampton but after an initial training/establishing period, you will work on a remote basis, travelling to other offices, where required.
