ACG_3579_JOB Our client is a fast-growing finance service company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Manage customer relationships and proactively engage with clients. Develop value and drive revenue growth from existing customers. Plan, execute, and ensure solution value delivery for new customers. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve arising issues and manage customer expectations. Report on and manage the customer portfolio. Lead, coach, and develop the team. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Account Management, BDE, or B2B Customer Success. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
