Design and optimize an

production workflow

(script → visual generation → consistency → audio/dubbing with Dubme Flow → Distribution). Produce and iterate on 5–10 high-quality microdramas per month in the first phase. Lead experimentation with current video models (Kling, Runway, Luma, Pika, etc.) + prompting, ControlNet, character consistency tools.
