Develop and execute the architecture practice roadmap for India aligned with global strategy. Scale India’s architecture capability to support growing U.S. project requirements and complexity. Build strong relationships with U.S. Architecture leadership and project stakeholders. Ensure architecture deliverables comply with U.S. building codes, design standards, and project delivery processes. Establish and enforce quality standards, BIM protocols, and technical best practices. Collaborate with U.S. teams on integrated project delivery and workflow alignment.
