Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and deploy internal AI agents for Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams. • Architect solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform, including Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure AI Foundry. • Recruit and lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers. • Own end-to-end adoption metrics, with daily active usage as the primary success indicator. • Partner with the CEO to drive AI adoption and organizational change.
Language Requirements • Full professional proficiency in English. • Conversational Mandarin proficiency.
