Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and deploy internal AI agents for Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
- Architect solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform, including Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Recruit and lead a cross‑functional team of engineers and designers.
- Own end‑to‑end adoption metrics, with daily active usage as the primary success indicator.
- Partner with the CEO to drive AI adoption and organizational change.
Language Requirements - Full professional proficiency in English.
Required Qualifications - Hands‑on experience in designing and building AI agents or AI‑powered products.
- Strong technical proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Background in CPaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise SaaS, with understanding of contact center and conversational AI solutions.
