The opportunity

AsHeadofAssetIntelligence, you will lead the function that underpins how we understand our homes and decide where to invest.

You will bring together stock condition, repairs, energy and customer insight to create a single, trusted viewofassetperformance. From that, you will shape how we prioritise investment, challenge assumptions and ensure decisions are grounded in clear evidence and understood trade-offs.

You will play a critical role in determining what gets delivered, where and why.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. Someone who can work with complexity, bring clarity, and influence decisions through insight and collaboration.

Salary: £81,445.19 (plus car allowance of £5,943.35) per year

Contract: Permanent, full time
