Job Description
Responsibilities - Portfolio Strategy & Transaction Management
- Lead and coordinate commercial lease transactions, aligned with business demand.
- Provide strategic input into portfolio optimisation, including footprint rationalisation, expansion planning, and alternative occupancy strategies.
- Portfolio Governance & Data Management
- Ensure all Asset Management activities are delivered in accordance with the client’s standards, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Identify and proactively manage portfolio‑level risks, escalating issues where required.
- Stakeholder & Business Partnering
- Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor, providing clear, commercially sound recommendations to support decision‑making.
- Represent Asset Management in senior forums, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely communication.
