NIPG FZ LLC is looking for a Head of Brand Design to lead the creative direction and visual identity of the brand across all marketing touchpoints. This role sits at the heart of the marketing team and will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Social Media, the Social Content Manager, and the Production Lead to bring our marketing strategy to life through strong, consistent, and inspiring creative output.

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking, art direction, and excellent design judgment with the ability to lead a small team and deliver exceptional work. You will manage a Graphic Designer and Junior Graphic Designer directly, while setting the creative standard for everything that appears under the NIP brand.
