Role Overview

A fast-growing fintech is looking for a senior payments leader to take full ownership of its card business, covering both crypto-linked and fiat card programs. This is a high-impact role focused on building and scaling the entire card function from the ground up - spanning strategy, operations, partnerships, and product development. You will work closely with issuers, BIN sponsors, processors, and internal product/compliance teams to create scalable, commercially successful card solutions. The role combines card program ownership, operational leadership, and product innovation, making it ideal for someone who understands the full card ecosystem and thrives in fast-growth environments.
