Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the brand's ethos, marketing goals, and business objectives.
• Drive a content calendar across channels (digital, print, social, in-store) to ensure consistent storytelling and timely execution.
• Translate the brand’s unique philosophy into compelling narratives that strengthen its premium positioning.
Leadership & Team Management
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of writers and content creators.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to encourage creativity and excellence within the team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including visual design, marketing, design, and digital to ensure content aligns with broader brand initiatives.
