About the Role
As the Data Lead, you will serve as the country-level owner for data delivery in the Philippines.
You will oversee data engineering, analytics, and modern data platform initiatives across multiple enterprise clients. This role sits above Associate Director level and carries broader responsibility across delivery ownership, team leadership, governance, standards, solutioning, and client escalation.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical depth, delivery discipline, and the ability to influence both internal teams and client stakeholders.
