- Monitoring daily to determine if targets are met or shortfall is expected
- Prepare follow up plan to meet shortfall
- Strive to push new initiatives to improve performance forecasting
2. Campaign Management
- Ensure all KAMs and self are Configuring SKUs for campaign
- Ensure all KAMs and self allocate stock for selected SKUs
- Ensure that Campaign plans are shared with GO team and Operations team to ensure they are aware of expected process flows
- Strive to push new initiatives to improve campaign management process and scheduling
3. Demand/Stock Management
- Check KAMs and self are aligned with Clients for ordering SKUs are fast moving and evergreen SKUs
