We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Principle Project Engineer-Control Systems** who can lead project engineering activities and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (automation, cybernetics, IT, process control, or similar).
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience from the Norwegian energy industry.
- Strong overall knowledge of control systems.
- Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Norwegian language skills are an advantage.
