About the Role

We’re hiring a Head of Engineering, Platform to own and scale the Platform domain with full technical and execution ownership for its surface area.

• End‑to‑end engineering execution: architecture → roadmap → delivery → reliability.
• Step‑function performance improvements — targeting 50%+ latency cuts across AI workflows.
• Observability, metrics, and model‑selection systems that hold up at scale.
