Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for managing the FAE team in Malaysia, effectively supporting the sales activities of the sales team to achieve sales revenue goals, in addition to provide professional technical responses for Eaton Power Quality & Power Distribution solutions.

• A. Responsible for pre‑sales technical support & expertise in implementation of customer applications associated with Power Quality Solution including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), battery system, cooling solution, and Power Distribution Solution including transformer, switchgear, busway, low voltage panels, Power Train Unit (PTU), DCIM & EPMS system.
• B. Efforts include preparation, participation and/or presentation of seminars to customers and consultants.
• C. Providing solution and prepare bidding documents.
