What you will enjoy doing

• Lead the Finance & Controlling department, managing 2 direct reports (1 manager accounting and 1 business controller) and 4 indirect reports (liabilities & receivables), while serving as a member of the Board of Linde Gas Switzerland.
• Operate within a matrix organization, reporting directly to the Executive Director Finance, Region South West.
• Own and oversee statutory and consolidated financial reporting (IFRS/US GAAP), ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and manage all tax and risk-related matters to safeguard the company’s financial integrity and optimize risk exposure.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, monitor and analyze business performance, and identify and implement measures to continuously improve financial outcomes.
