Key responsibilities- 1. Operational Finance NVOCC (LA) & Logistics (LG) Divisions Lead and oversee the finance operations team for LA (Liner Agency) and LG (Logistics) divisions with complete ownership of operational finance processes Ensure timely Statement of Account (SOA) submissions to principals with 100% adherence to due dates 2. Statutory Compliances (Direct & Indirect Taxes) Ensure 100% timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS returns and 26AS reconciliations across multiple entities/locations Drive periodic turnover and ITC reconciliations between GSTR-3B and books with variance below 1% Adhere strictly to statutory compliance calendars and regulatory timelines Prepare and coordinate responses for notices, assessments and tax queries in consultation with auditors and tax consultants Track and implement regulatory amendments impacting the business, includin g GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing and FEMA regulations Manage Transfer Pricing documentation an...
