The Operations Director is responsible for providing leadership in developing, implementing, and overseeing all direct victim services and coordinating with local community services. Assist the Executive Director in strengthening relationships with the public, agency partners and community organizations.
Assist the leadership team to ensure that the agency’s strategic vision is present in the goals of programmatic services and community resources.
