Role Overview
The Head of Growth D2 C is a dual-mandate leadership role, equally
responsible for performance-driven customer acquisition and brand-led
campaign execution.
This individual will own revenue growth through paid channels while
simultaneously building brand presence through high-impact
creative campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints.
This role demands someone who can think in spreadsheets and
storyboards alike, someone who understands ROAS optimization as
deeply as they understand what makes a great video ad, a compelling
product image, or a brand campaign that drives cultural resonance.
Performance Marketing — Required
