The Head of Health & Safety is a senior leadership role responsible and accountable for Health & Safety compliance across all areas of the business. The role holder will ensure business policy, processes and procedures are in place for the active monitoring of in-life Health and Safety standards for all field and office-based employees, measured clearly with tangible KPIs to record H&S performance and proactively manage H&S risks within the business. The role holder will ensure the business is on track to meet the requirements of any and all external audits of H&S standards, through strong stakeholder engagement and direct action through the dedicated H&S team.
