You will lead the transition from legacy systems to a high-velocity, API-first, and AI-driven platform that supports the organizational growth plan

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Transformation & Scale:

Oversee the migration to a fully Cloud-Native infrastructure to support rapid scaling of new business verticals

2. Phygital Ecosystem: Enhance the Mobile-First ecosystem for field agents and customers, ensuring seamless paperless documentation and real-time collection of data.

3. Product Innovation: Drive the technical roadmap for Embedded Finance and co-lending partnerships with Fintechs.
