About the Role
As Head of IT & Tools, you will define, deliver, and continuously improve the IT assets, tools, and processes that support LANDI Global employees. This role combines strong hands-on ownership with strategic thinking. You will be both a credible technology leader and a trusted partner to the business. You will play a key role in shaping how technology enables operational efficiency and supports the organisation's growth.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Organisational Development Lead and develop the IT team; set clear priorities, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Champion technology adoption across the business, engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels to build buy-in and drive change.
