About the Role

We are looking for a coach who genuinely enjoys working with juniors and wants to take ownership of a growing program within a busy academy environment. Situated at the 36-hole, world-renowned Laguna National Golf Resort Club – a DP World Tour host venue. Facilities include course access, a state-of-the-art driving range with private instruction studios, an extensive short game practice area and industry leading technology (Trackman, SAM Putt-Lab, GEARS, Toptracer Range).

This role centres around continuing to develop an already strong, engaging junior programme, delivering high-quality group sessions, and ensuring students develop term to term. You’ll be working with juniors of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners through to developing players.
