A minimum of 3 years of solid and demonstrable teaching experience within Early Years or Kindergarten settings with proven experience in a leadership or coordination role. Experience within an American curriculum school is preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education or Kindergarten Education. A Bachelor s degree in a related field supported by a recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGDE, or PGCE) may be considered.
Strong knowledge of early childhood development, play based learning, and age appropriate assessment practices, with the ability to lead and support KG teachers effectively.
Non-native English speakers must demonstrate English language proficiency with an IELTS score of at least 7.0. All academic qualifications must be fully attested and recognized through the UAE Ministry of Education Equivalency process.
