Head of Local Ministry Finance and Stewardship

Develop and implement our approach to resourcing local ministry deployment.

• Lead extensive dialogue between Diocesan leadership and the local church to agree new and sustainable ministry patterns and levels of giving.
• Negotiate associated funding partnerships with the local church.
• Integrate the Code of Fundraising practice into our processes.
• Develop and monitor the Diocesan stewardship/giving strategy and oversee stewardship support.

This is a full-time position, but we will consider applications from candidates wishing to work on a job share or part-time basis. Applications are welcome from ordained and lay applicants.

Salary: £50,703 pa and generous pension. Flexible working.
