**Company Description**
In this position you will lead the Norwegian Market Access team, and be part of the Scandinavian Market Access, HTA/HEOR, Governmental Affairs and External Affairs leadership team and report to the Market Access Director Scandinavia.
You will have a key role in will leading and developing the Market Access team Norway, ensuring excellence in deliverables and driving cross-functional teamwork while placing the patient at the center of all efforts. You and your team will be responsible for both new and existing products with regards to local pricing
- and market access strategies, payer negotiations, value message creation and implementation. In addition, you will be contributing to our advocacy work on policy shaping in close cooperation with your Governmental Affairs and External Affairs colleagues.
