Support the development and execution of the affiliate's medical strategy, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and portfolio priorities.Provide medical and scientific leadership, driving excellence, credibility and compliance across all medical activities.Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, contributing to key decisions through scientific insight and sound judgement.Ensure the quality, consistency and integrity of medical deliverables, in line with regulatory, governance and patient safety requirements.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enhancing the medical function's impact and influence across the organisation.Play an active role in strengthening the medical organisation, taking on increasing responsibility and supporting its long-term evolution.
