Job Summary

The Head of Mission Support oversees the effective and efficient operations of the Mission Support Department, encompassing Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology (IT), community partnerships including donor and volunteer management, facilities and infrastructure management, and digital transformation initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the role ensures strong governance, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and administrative effectiveness to support the mission and service delivery of Marymount Centre.
