What You’ll Do At Elekta:

The Head of North Europe will define and execute the business strategy across Elekta’s Oncology, Brachytherapy, Neurosurgery, and Software portfolios across the Cluster (UK, Ireland, Nordics, Netherlands, Belgium).

You will have direct accountability for the Sales organization and work through a matrixed structure with Service, Order Fulfilment, and Marketing teams to deliver on revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve the cluster’s go-to-market strategy, identifying growth opportunities across Oncology, Brachytherapy, Neurosurgery and Software.
• Drive new business and expand existing accounts through clear, forward-looking sales plans.
