Job Summary The Operations head supports and partners with the Chief operating officer to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the organization. This role is designed for a strategic, hands-on leader who can both execute operational priorities and step in as acting director when required. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Leadership Support Assist the COO in developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures. Act as a trusted deputy, representing the COO in meetings, negotiations, and cross-functional forums. Lead or co-lead strategic initiatives and transformation projects on behalf of the COO. Day-to-Day Operations Oversee operational workflows across departments to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
