Head of Operations - Trade Finance

This role is responsible for managing trade finance operations for the group’s trade credit services business. The person will be in charge of the transactional documentation department, which oversees commercial contracts, invoices, and letters of credit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issue all transactional documentation, including commercial contracts, invoices, and drafts of letters of credit.
• Manage the settlement process for transactions, including presenting documents, discounting letters of credit, and making customer payments.
• All necessary coordination with clients, banks and other team members, including sales, accounting, legal and compliance.
