The Head, Operations is responsible for leading end-to-end operations within the digital lending business, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and scalable growth. This role oversees core operational functions including income document verification, contact centre, loan processing, reconciliation, settlement, and recovery.
In addition, the role is a key driver of digital and AI-led transformation, embedding automation, advanced analytics, and intelligent decisioning into operational workflows to enhance efficiency, risk control, and customer experience.
This is a mission-critical leadership role supporting business scalability, portfolio quality, and regulatory adherence in alignment with Malaysia’s financial services framework (including BNM expectations).
