The Head of Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end operational performance of all Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus outlets nationwide. This role ensures operational excellence, brand consistency, cost efficiency, food safety compliance, and scalable growth while driving strong outlet performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a senior operations leadership role .
- Proven experience managing multi-outlet or chain restaurant operations .
- Strong understanding of F&B cost structures, SOP-driven operations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with QSR or casual dining brands is highly preferred.
