You will define where the platform needs to go, remove the blockers slowing down Engineering and Product, and build a team and operating model that makes platform a genuine strategic asset - not just infrastructure.
Your mission
- Define and communicate a clear platform vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company priorities. Own it end-to-end from first principles through to execution.
- Establish ownership, processes, and prioritisation frameworks for platform initiatives, driving prioritisation based on business, product, and technical needs.
- Lead and grow the platform function, including future hiring decisions and team structure design - with a mature team structure and growth plan established within the first year.
