Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and lead the overall project controls standards, tools, and processes, ensuring alignment with global best practices and corporate governance.
• Develop project budgets and cost baselines. Monitor commitments, validate change orders, and provide rigorous variance analysis to senior management.
• Oversee the development of integrated, resource-loaded project schedules. Identify critical path issues and develop recovery plans to prevent delays.
• Implement advanced systems for tracking physical progress and milestones, developing executive dashboards that highlight trends and risks.
• Lead project risk assessments and mitigation planning. Ensure all changes in scope are properly assessed for their impact on cost and timeline.
• Serve as the central point of coordination for Finance, Engineering, and Legal teams, as well as external EPC contractors and lenders.
