Job Description
- Develop and execute the expansion strategy in line with company business goals
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across Poland
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer behaviour analysis
- Manage and optimize the real estate portfolio
- Lead site acquisition processes (leasing, purchasing, cooperation with developers and investors)
- Negotiate commercial terms with partners and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and local authorities
- Support existing and new franchisees in expanding their portfolios
- Provide advisory on investment feasibility and site selection
- Oversee the full investment lifecycle-from site identification to opening
