How You’ll Make an Impact
Compensation Strategy & Management
- Design and deliver a competitive, market‑aligned compensation framework, including salary structures, job evaluation, and the annual review cycle.
- Oversee short‑ and long‑term incentive programmes, provide expert guidance on compensation decisions, and ensure pay equity and market competitiveness.
