This position is responsible for Avantor Biopharma business in Sub-regions including P&L, commercial strategy, execution, Business Development, Market Development, team management and Customer relationship management directly and through distributors.
What we’re looking for: - Education: BE & BS in Life Sciences, MSc and MBA are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years sales experience; Experience in solutions selling in Biopharma Industry
- Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Teams experience preferred
- Preferred Qualifications:
- P&L Management, Large and diverse teams leading, Solution selling, negotiations skills, managing major accounts
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel around 50% of the time.
- Biopharma & Pharma market understanding and prior experience of selling to companies manufacturing Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical products
