FWD Takaful Berhad (FWD Takaful) is a takaful provider licensed under the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 and regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia. The role focuses on leading BDMs to achieve sales targets and operating goals while expanding the takaful market.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible to achieve NB sales target and operating goals through execution of field deployment and activity engagement with BDMs.
- Consistently coach and grow BDMs knowledge and skills competency with regards to Takaful.
- Prepare Business Plan and guide BDMs on the execution.
- Plan Tactical Campaign for Customers & Sales Staff for BDMs execution.
- Attend working group meeting with FWD Takaful Operations & Bank Partner Insurance Team.
- Attend meeting with Group Partnership Distribution counterpart.
- Intervention of Business MI to incorporate improved ground support, relationships and new growth area for BDMs reference.
