Job Description: Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Head of Development to lead and manage the Software Development team across the MENA region. You will be responsible for software development strategy, implementation roadmap, methodology, engineering practices, processing design and component design. You will also be responsible for the line management of a team people involved in analysis, development, test, build and release.
