Job Description
Lead the Supply Chain Planning function, ensuring optimal performance across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, production planning and supplier collaboration.Own and continuously evolve the Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) process, driving alignment between Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain functions.Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business growth, customer service excellence, operational efficiency and working capital optimisation.Drive demand and supply alignment, ensuring accurate forecasting, effective capacity planning and resilient supply strategies that balance service, cost and inventory objectives.
