Peridot Search are supporting a highly successful UK‑headquartered group in the appointment of a Head of Tax, based in Central London.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a standalone broad and commercially focused leadership role with responsibility for the group's tax function. The successful candidate will oversee tax compliance, reporting, forecasting, planning and advisory matters across a complex UK group structure, while acting as the key point of contact for HMRC and external advisers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all corporate tax compliance activities, including tax computations and returns.
• Oversee year-end tax reporting, disclosures and tax accounting across the group.
