Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Head of Wholesale and Retail Portfolio to lead the development and execution of sector-led growth strategies across a Pan-African Business Banking portfolio. This executive leadership role will be responsible for driving portfolio performance, balancing growth with risk management, influencing product and proposition development, and ensuring consistent sector execution across multiple countries. The successful candidate will serve as the sector authority, partnering with senior stakeholders across Coverage, Risk, Credit, Product, Treasury, and Country teams to deliver sustainable, risk-adjusted value creation.
