Working closely with students, families, form tutors and senior leaders, you will provide high-quality pastoral leadership and ensure that every student feels supported, valued and able to thrive. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people, removing barriers to learning and making a tangible difference to students' lives every day.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Have experience working with young people and supporting their welfare, behaviour and personal development.
- Be able to lead and manage pastoral processes such as attendance, punctuality, behaviour and safeguarding.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents/carers and external agencies.
- Be organised, proactive and confident in managing sensitive situations professionally.
- Work effectively as part of a team and use own initiative.
