• Strategic Product & Revenue Leadership
• Portfolio Growth: Lead the end-to-end development and management of high-yield mortgage product (Conventional and Islamic) to achieve business objectives and loan base growth, with Revenue Optimization: Develop and manage fee-income structures and anti-attrition strategies to protect yields and minimize portfolio erosion caused by refinancing.
• Value Chain Orchestration: Partner with sales and credit stakeholders to streamline the mortgage value chain, including submission, approval, acceptance, execution, and disbursement.
• Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all products, documentation, and pricing strategies strictly comply with BNM guidelines, ABM requirements, external and internal governance.
