About the job Head, Regulatory Compliance

A modern digital bank is seeking a Head of Regulatory Compliance to lead and manage the bank's compliance culture, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards. This role involves overseeing the banks compliance framework, anticipating, identifying, and addressing compliance and regulatory risks, and reporting to senior stakeholders. You will play a key part in mitigating risks to protect the bank from financial and reputational loss.

Responsibilities:

• Review, summarize, and distribute regulatory issuances from BSP, AMLC, and PDIC to relevant teams.
• Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to committees such as CDA, Group Compliance, PHRC, and PHMC.
