Job Summary

The Head of Retail Business is responsible for the end-to-end performance of the retail station, balancing rigorous operational compliance with strategic financial growth. This role requires a blend of high-level stakeholder management and boots-on-the-ground technical oversight.

Job Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Compliance
• Daily Supervision: Monitor Forecourt and Store operations to ensure 100% adherence to brand standards and HSSE protocols.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure Supervisors (SV) and Assistant Supervisors (ASV) complete all tasks within the TEA application.
• Regulatory Readiness: Maintain all relevant licenses and ensure the site is audit-ready for PDB, Mesra, and authorities like KPDN or BOMBA.
• 24/7 Availability: Remain on-call to manage urgent fuel diversions, delivery rejections, or financial emergencies.
